From student to program architect
My journey began as an exchange student in Beijing at Peking University via UCEAP (University of California, Education Abroad Program). Today, I navigate both perspectives of the field—helping university directors and faculty align complex institutional compliance with the authentic daily moments that inspire students to pack their bags. I am a Global Program and Operations Manager specialized in building high-impact, cross-border initiatives and workforce pipelines between the U.S. and Asia-Pacific markets. With a Master’s degree from Yonsei University and a background navigating complex international logistics on the ground in Seoul and Shanghai, I act as a cultural and operational translator for organizations scaling their global footprint.
With deep cultural roots in Korea and China, I build trusted local partnerships and design recruitment strategies that speak directly to student aspirations.
